MY THOUGHTS:

WHEN HARRY MET MOLLY by Kieran Dramer is a funny delightful historical romance set in 1816 London. It is the first in THE IMPOSSIBLE BACHELORS series and this author’s debut book. What a delightful, witty debut into Regency historical romance. It is well written with details, depth, fast paced, and a page turner. It has wit, humor, romance, love, sweet sensuality, laugh out loud scenes, courageous witty woman, a romantic wager  from the Prince Regent involving mistresses and marriage, and last but not least a sexy hero. The hero, Lord Harry Traemore is sexy, handsome, in pursuit of pleasure, one of the five “Impossible Bachelors”, self-indelgent and in for a delightful treat. The heroine, Lady Molly Fairbanks, is TROUBLE, homely to some, independent, witty, speaks her mind even when it gets her into trouble and roped into the ridiculous “Impossible Bachelors” wager to help a “foe”.For she and Harry have been enemies for years due to a childish prank that got out of hand. Sending Harry to the military and Molly to her aunt and the country. Harry is in need of a mistress, his has run off with Molly’s supposed betrothed. So Harry enlists Molly to be his false mistress. Then the fun begans. Molly has never even kissed or been kissed by a man before, must less been a mistress. Whichever mistress is declared the “Most Delectable Companion” will her lover another year of freedom from marriage. This book is pure entaintment with a few twists and turns thrown into the story. Will true love blossom and lead to “happily ever after”? You will have to read the story to find out. I would recommend this book especially if you enjoy laugh out loud scenes, wit, women coming together to help each other and friends coming together to stand up for one of their own.
