    MY THOUGHTS:

THE COWBOY AND THE HELLCAT by Sherry James is a western contemporary romance set in 1876 Nebraska. This is the first in The Cowboys of the Four Aces. It is well written, quick read, and fast paced. It has sensuality, love, family obligations, arranged marriage, cowboys and a tomboy. Tomboy, Ellie, meet rugged, handsome cowboy, Adam. Ellie, tries to convince Adam she is to much of a hellcat for him to marry. Adam, doesn’t want to marry Ellie, he remembers her as a freckled face tomboy. In order for Adam to inherit his share of his father’s ranch he must marry Ellie. The arrangement for their marriage is made between the two fathers. One has just been murdered, the other is dying and wants to know his daughter will be taking care of at his death. When Ellie and Adam meet sparks fly.I would recommend this book especially if you enjoy a quick read with benefits of love, a little romance and a lifetime of lust.
